“Biadabnya” Aksi Debt Collector Bergaya Preman.
Bener Meriah | KABARBERANDA – Sejumlah Debt Collektot PT Sinar Mitra Sepadan (SMS) asal Kabupaten Aceh Tangah dinilai arogan dan mencoba menarik paksa sebuah kenderaan mobil yang tertungak pembayaran. Aksi tarik paksa debt Collektor “Biadab” ini terjadi di salah satu Kampung di Kecamatan Wih Pesam Kabupaten Bener Meriah Kamis (16/4) pekan kemarin.
Upaya penarikan paksa menjadi pusat perhatian warga, pasalnya sejumlah debt kolektor yang dinilai tak manusiawi itu marah-marah di luar rumah saat mencoba mengambil paksa kenderaan mobil jenis Grand mex Pick Up.
Pemilik kenderaan mobil tertunggak berinisial MS mengaku, sebanyak 6 orang Debt Collektor berbadan tegap mencoba mengambi paksa unit kendaraan. Mereka datang tiba-tiba dan mencoba merampas pekasa kenderaan itu.
“Sebelumnya tidak ada surat pemberitahuan apapun bahwa kenderaan milik saya akan disita. Tanpa sopan satun Debt Colektor yang datang langsung mencoba mengambil paksa kanderaan, dan mengatakan mobil itu bukan lagi milik saya,” ujarnya.
Menurut MS sempat terjadi cekcok mulut dan hampir terjadi pertikaian dengan sejumlah debt colektor berlagak preman itu. “ Mereka juga berupaya mempermalukan kami dengan suara ngegas yang bertujuan agar semua orang di sekitar tau. Padahal saya sudah berupaya untuk mengalah dan mengajak berdiskusi di dalam rumah. Namun sama sekali tidak diindahkan oleh para bedebah biadab itu” ujar MS.
Menurutnya, pihaknya juga sudah menawarkan solusi dan berupaya mencari uang untuk menyelesaikan tunggakan. Akan tetapi mereka tetap bertahan dan mengacam akan membawa petugas Polsek untuk mengambil unit kenderaan.
”Kami sudah berupaya dan mencari uang untuk dua bulan angsuran namun mereka tetap tidak mau sampai ahirnya mereka kembali ke kantor Reje kampung untuk membuat surat pernyataan dan menitipkan kepada sekdes” ujar MS
Menurutnya, surat pernyataan yang dibuat sepihak itu dinilai sangat memberatkan sehingga ia menolak untuk menandatangani. “ Ahirnya, hari ini kami datang ke kantor PT SMA di Takengon namun tidak ada kelonggaran sedikitpun. Bahkan mereka kembali memberatkan kami dan harus membayar biaya penarikan,” jelasnya.
Terkait permaslahan itu, sejumlah Wartawan mencoba mendatangi kantor PT SMS di Takengon guna melakukan konfirmasi lebih lanjut. Namun pihak yang bertanggung jawab menolak untuk bertemu bahkan, petugas yang sedang berjaga juga enggan memberikan nomor kontak pimpinannya.
Padahal, sebelumnya petugas administrasi sudah menghubungi orang yang bertangungg jawab berinisial I dan menyampaikan ada wartawan yang ingin jumpa terkait upaya pengambilan paksa kenderaan dimaksud. (KB/bram)
