Bener Meriah – KABARBERANDA – Aksi pengerusakan kantor Reje Kute Kering berbuntut panjang. Dari hasil olah kejadian perkara dan proses penyediaan tim Reskrim polres bener meriah, Polisi menetapkan 3 tersangka yang terdiri dari emak emak. Ketiganya HS (50) lS (48) dan RS (48).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Bener Meriah IPTU Rifki Muslim.SH menuturkan pihsknya telah mengamankan tiga tersangka atas pengerusakan antor Reje Kute Kering. Ketiganya dijerat dengan Pasal pengerusakan 170 jo 406 dengan tuntutan maksimal 2 tahun penjara. Ke tiga tersangka untuk sementara ditahan di rumah tahanan Polres BM.
Peristiwa pengerusakan berawal kekesalan tersangka yang tersulut emosi dikarena pertanyaan tersangka prihal bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) dana desa yang di jawaban Reje dengan marah-marah. Para tersangka emosi keluar untuk mengambil batu dan melempar kantor Reje yang mengakibatkan kaca jendela pecah dan pintu rusak.
“Untuk kasus ini kita dari kepolisian resort Benermeriah masih mendalaminya. Masih mencari aktor intelektual, karena ada kemungkinan oknum yang menyuruh ibu-ibu ini untuk melakukan pelemparan kantor Reje Kute Kering ini” tegas Kasat (KB/erwin.s a.r).
